This policy applies to all stakeholders, including Shopkeepers (business owners) and Customers (individuals uploading print orders). We comply with applicable data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), 2023 in India.
2. Information We Collect
Voluntary Data
Shopkeepers: Business name, GST details, contact info, and shop location.
Customers: Name, phone number, and email address.
Technical & Files
Transactional: Order history and payment metadata.
Document Data: Files uploaded for printing (treated as transient data).
3. Legal Bases for Processing
Contractual Necessity
To fulfill print orders between Customers and Shopkeepers.
Legitimate Interests
To prevent fraud, maintain security, and improve functionality.
Legal Compliance
To meet tax, accounting, or regulatory requirements.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
Instant Purge Policy Uploaded files are automatically deleted from our servers once an order is marked "Completed" or after 24 hours of inactivity to ensure maximum document privacy.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
No Sale of Data: We do not sell your personal information. Data is only shared with the selected Shopkeeper to complete the service or with trusted providers like AWS/Google Cloud/Oracle Cloud for hosting.
6. Security Measures
We implement SSL encryption for data in transit and restricted backend access controls to prevent internal leaks, alongside regular infrastructure audits.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, or erase your profile data. You may also withdraw consent or request data portability at any time.
