How do customers upload files using the Store QR code? expand_more
Customers can easily scan your unique store QR code using their smartphone camera while at your store. Alternatively, they can search for your store name directly on the Copiet platform from home. Both methods open your portal, allowing them to upload original-quality files instantly without needing WhatsApp or USB drives.
How to add service and attributes? expand_more
Attributes: Go to the Services tab, click Add New Attribute, and enter names like "Paper Type" with values like "Glossy" or "Matte."
Services: In the Services tab, click Add New Service, provide a name/description, and select your pre-created attributes to link them.
How do I configure my print pricing and paper options? expand_more

To add pricing navigate to the pricing tab and add base price for selected service.

To add the paper option navigate to service tab and click on the add value button in the attribute card to add paper options.

How do I manage incoming print orders? expand_more
Navigate to the "Live Queue" in your Store Dashboard. When a customer uploads a file via QR code or remote link, it appears here instantly without compression. Once you print the document, simply click "Mark as Printed" to automatically notify the customer their order is ready for pickup.
