By accessing or using Copiet, you agree to be bound by these terms provided by Innoveloper Solutions.

Intermediary Platform

Copiet connects Customers with Shopkeepers. We do not provide physical printing services.

Privacy Centric

Mandatory file deletion and automatic server purging to ensure your document safety.

1. Nature of the Platform

Copiet is a software platform owned by Innoveloper Solutions. We provide an interface that connects Customers (who need printing services) with Shopkeepers (who provide printing services).

  • Facilitation Only: Copiet is an intermediary technology provider. We do not own, operate, or control the printing equipment.
  • Independent Contractors: Shopkeepers are independent business entities and are not employees or agents of Copiet.

2. Document Handling and Lifecycle

This section governs the privacy and security of files uploaded to the platform:

Limited License: Customers grant Shopkeepers a limited license to access files solely for fulfilling the specific order.

Mandatory Deletion: Shopkeepers are strictly prohibited from retaining or sharing files after fulfillment. Once "Completed", all local copies must be deleted.

Copiet’s Role: We provide the digital "bridge." Files are automatically purged from our servers once the transaction is finalized.

3. Stakeholder Responsibilities

A For Shopkeepers

    Compliance: Handle data in accordance with the DPDPA.

    Quality: Solely responsible for print accuracy and quality.

    Security: Maintain secure devices to prevent unauthorized document access.

B For Customers

    Rights: You warrant that you own the rights to documents you upload.

    Legality: Content must not be illegal, fraudulent, or infringing.

4. Intellectual Property

All software code, UI designs, and the "Copiet" name are the exclusive property of Innoveloper Solutions. Users are prohibited from reverse-engineering or building competing services.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Copiet/Innoveloper Solutions shall not be liable for physical print quality, delays by Shopkeepers, loss of data due to user error, or misuse of documents once downloaded by a Shopkeeper.

6. Payments and Disputes

Transactions: Copiet facilitates transfers but is not responsible for refund disputes related to print quality.

Resolution: Disputes regarding the physical product must be settled directly between the Customer and the Shopkeeper.

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, illegal processing, or failure (by Shopkeepers) to delete Customer files after fulfillment.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
